Welcome to TRX total body Pt3 the Conditioning program! We use the TRX suspension trainer for this 15-day, 3-week Total Body Workout program. Each workout we will be doing 4 circuits with 4 sets in each circuit. 60 seconds of work with 30 seconds of rest and 60 second breaks between the circuits. Each workout will be a challenging 25 minutes to test and improve your fitness! See the calendar for which body parts and exercises types will be in each workout.
