We’re excited to unveil TRX Upper Body 4.1, the latest evolution of our popular workout program! We’ve taken the original 32 workouts and elevated them with energizing music from FDMX, added 4 new upper body sessions, and included a special "Day of Eating" with Coach Sim. This new addition will guide you on how to optimize your nutrition for burning fat and building muscle.

Our ultimate TRX Upper Body Only Workout program is designed for a focused four-week transformation. Using the TRX Suspension Trainer, you'll target your upper body with two dynamic workouts per day, scheduled for Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Feel free to adapt the workout days to fit your personal schedule.
