Welcome to TRX total body Pt3 the Conditioning program! We use the TRX suspension trainer for this 15-day, 3-week Total Body Workout program. Each workout we will be doing 4 circuits with 4 sets in each circuit. 60 seconds of work with 30 seconds of rest and 60 second breaks between the circuits. Each workout will be a challenging 25 minutes to test and improve your fitness! See the calendar for which body parts and exercises types will be in each workout.

How long will I have access to the Program?

For as long as you like with no recurring cost after.

How can I view the videos in the program?

Videos are streamed from YouTube so you will be able to watch them and stream from your various devices just as you would our free content on Youtube.

Do I need a log-in to access content?

No! You can pull up the videos as log as you have the file you purchased with an internet connection. We recommend that you save the file to your your phone, tablet or computer after purchase.

What if I misplace the file or program I have purchased? 

No problem! Simply email us. We will verify past purchases and re-send it to you!
